Stravens, AICP - CEO/Principal Planner, is a certified planner with over 35 years of experience working with public agencies and in the private sector, developing plans and providing funding assistance for public facilities, parks, and infrastructure throughout the northwest. He has worked with local government entities to develop comprehensive plans in Washington, Idaho, and Montana. He has been instrumental in acquiring funding for public works projects such as airports, parks, and public facilities. Many of his projects include a unique design approach to growth management. Jim has published periodicals that include local demographics and industry listings that help firms make informed decisions regarding development, expansion and relocation. His commitment to quality work and the interest he takes in the needs of the clients are combined to provide a blueprint for success.

Jeremy W. Kulm - Planner/GIS-IT Manager, an experienced planner and GIS Manager, has over 10 years of experience in geographic information systems, local government planning, natural resource management and public administration. Supplemented by over 15 years of information technology expertise in the private and public sectors, he is able to provide highly accurate GIS data, presentation quality maps, charts, reports and multimedia. His extensive knowledge and experience assures that your project will be completed using the most modern and accurate technology, techniques, processes and procedures.
